Theme: “Modeling and Visualization of Key Performance Indicators of an Organization (by the Example of a Commercial Company)” The volume of the graduate work is 56 pages, on which 8 figures and 3 tables are placed. The work contains 3 applications. When writing the qualifying work 27 sources were used. Key words: key indicators system, KPI, professional activity, mission, strategy, visualization. The object of research in the graduate work is the activity of the Moscow Company HeadHunter. The subject of the study of the work is the assessment of the Moscow Company HeadHunter. The structure of graduate work is due to the subject, purpose and objectives of the study. The main part of work work consists of an introduction, four chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter analyzes the concept of a system of key indicators, its advantages and disadvantages, possible problems and desired goals in the development of the system. The second chapter is devoted to the analysis of HeadHunter, its organizational structure, mission and strategy. The third chapter describes directly the development of a system of key indicators based on theoretical foundations for the KPI system and the organization. Finally, the fourth chapter is devoted to the visualization of the constructed system. The conclusion summarizes the work done, conclusions on the analyzed data are formulated. As methods of research, the following techniques are planned to be used: analysis of the current situation, building models, formalization and experiment. Expected results can help find the optimal way of visualization and subsequent improvement of Key Performance Indicators. The results of this study can be used at HeadHunter to achieve strategic goals and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's employees.
