Attorney Assistance in Arbitration Procedure

The subject of this graduation paper study is the legal regulation of the participation of attorney in arbitration proceedings. The purpose of this work is to study the lawyer articipation in the arbitration process, as well as identifying problems of legal regulation of the Institute. According to the results of the study, the author suggests ways to improve the quality of services provided by the professional legal community, namely the presentation of increased requirements to the education received by candidates. This work is done on sixty-four pages, using sixty sources.
