Liability in the Field of Sport

Responsibility in sport is one of the most complicated, requiring the most effective and relevant form of justification, implementation and functioning. Only with the developed and modern, responsible to the current world and local goals and objectives, the institution of responsibility is possible the positive development of both legal regulation in sport and, in general, of all sports. The purpose of this work is a comprehensive study and analysis of the current legislation of the Russian Federation on liability in the field of sports, as well as the prospect of its development. The relevance of this work is due to the fact that legislation over the past year has undergone many changes and innovations, which requires detailed analysis. The object of the study are the legal relations of the subjects of sports when applying the mechanism of sport responsibility for sport offenses. The subject of the study is Russian and foreign legal acts and regulations governing the responsibility in the field of sports as well as research of scientists in this field. The goals are achieved by solving interrelated tasks: definition of the concepts of "responsibility", "sport responsibility"; studying of sources of regulation of sports responsibility; differentiation of the types of responsibility in the sphere of sport; study of the experience of foreign countries, their applicability to the Russian Federation. Structure of the work. Graduation qualification work includes: introduction; three chapters combining nine paragraphs; conclusion; list of sources and literature used. In the course of the research, I touched on completely different areas on the issue under study and the following conclusions were drawn. The most important aspects for improving the system are: identification of already committed violations and prevention of new ones; education of a new generation of athletes with the right landmarks; creation of a single code on the regulation of sport responsibility.
