Legal Regulation of Provision for Athletes of Sports Equipment The aim of the master's thesis was to study the legal and regulatory framework in the field of providing athletes with sports equipment at various levels (federal, regional), in analyzing personal contracts, a player with a specific sports brand and identifying features when concluding such contracts, as well as in providing sports equipment between the athlete and the employer. During the writing of the master's thesis the following tasks were solved: 1. The federal legislation in the field of physical culture and sports on the issues of providing athletes with sports equipment was studied; 2. The legislation of the subjects of the Russian Federation on this issue has been studied; 3. Regulatory norms of leagues and federations are investigated; 4. Features in providing equipment in various subjects are revealed. The study showed us that the employer (club) of athletes should give proper attention to the equipment of the athletes, because if the requirements are not met, the athlete and the federation by sport can be subject to sanctions (financial, disciplinary)
