Local Regulations and Corporate Acts within Sports Organisations

ANNOTATION On the master's thesis "Local normative and corporate acts of sports organizations". The master's thesis highlights the features of the legal regulation of sports in modern Russia; investigates the local regulatory acts as sources of sports law, reveals their significance; investigates corporate standard acts as sources of sports law, reveals their significance; reveals the problems and analyzes the features of acceptance of corporate and local certificates by the sports organizations; offers directions of perfection of corporate and local rule-making of the sports organizations. In the introduction of the work, the main provisions reflecting the state of the investigated issue are given, and on the basis of them the urgency of the declared topic is formulated. Also in the introduction, the object, the subject, the purpose and objectives of the study are determined, the theoretical and methodological basis of the work are presented, the main provisions for defense are formulated. In the first chapter of the work theoretical foundations of the rulemaking of sports organizations are covered, such a concept as autonomy in relation to sport, sports law are described, sources of the legal regulation of sports in Russia are presented both international normative acts and national legislation. Also in this chapter, attention is paid to the rules of various kinds of sport, of the local normative act of various researchers of the law are revealed, the charters of some sports organizations are analyzed. Also in the work various definitions of corporate normative acts are given, the sphere of their application is investigated. The second chapter of the master's thesis is devoted to practical problems of the rulemaking of sports organizations and analysis of ways of their solution. The paper formulates proposals for improving the corporate and local rulemaking of sports organizations. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formulated.
