Annotation on the final qualifying work of Aleksey Mikhailovich Gorchakov "Sources of Sports Law in Russia and Other Countries" Final qualification work is set out on 88 pages. 111 sources were used for its writing. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters combining 7 paragraphs, conclusions and a list of sources used. The purpose of this work is a comprehensive study of the sources of sports law in Russia and foreign countries. The tasks of this work are to identify possible gaps and collisions in Russian legislation, study the specifics of the regulation of sports relations in other countries. In the first chapter, international sources of sports law are considered, including: international conventions, acts of international sports organizations, international recommendations in the field of sports. The second chapter is devoted to the sources of sports law in Russia, both legislation and regulations. The third chapter examines the sources of sports law in North America and Europe. The author made provisions for the protection of the improvement based on international sources of sports law, experience in regulating sports relations in other countries, actual sports events, of Russian legislation: 1. The initiative on adoption of two new Federal laws is grounded: The federal law "On countering doping in sport"; The federal law "On combating all forms of discrimination In sports". 2. The initiative on supplementing chapter 54.1 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation with articles "Specifics of the regulation of labor of Paralympic athletes" and "Specifics of the regulation of the work of sports referee" is indicated. 3. The inexpediency of adopting a single federal law regulating the holding of major sports competitions in the territory of the Russian Federation
