This work is devoted to the actual topic of labor law and social security law, which is called "Realization of the right to work by persons with disabilities." A study of the implementation of the right to work by persons with disabilities showed that there are many problems in this area. In this work the problems of legal regulation of work of disabled people, and other persons with limited opportunities of health are considered. The work is divided into 3 chapters and each of them contains several subfolders. Questions concerning the concept of "disability" and the order of its establishment are considered, and also the question of other persons with disabilities (which persons fall under this category) is investigated. The problems of discrimination in the work of persons with disabilities are raised, and legislative and practical ways of their solution are proposed. The issue of legal regulation of the recruitment and employment of persons with disabilities, both at the national level and at the international level, was investigated. Questions concerning working conditions and termination of the employment contract with persons with disabilities who are closely connected with the mode of working time and rest time didn't remain without attention. At the moment, scientists have revealed that the legislation of the Russian Federation concerning the implementation of the right to work by persons with disabilities is poorly developed, and requires maximum improvement. In this paper, I have tried to solve the above problems and suggested options for how to eliminate them.
