Dealing with Disputes Connected with Copyrights

The focus of the present research is public relations arising in the administration of justice in copyrights matters, the problems of the development of the legislation of the Russian Federation, the features of protection of copyright and the problems of modern copyright law. The purposes of the present study are: promotion and strengthening of the theoretical foundation of the science of civil and arbitration procedure, creating conditions for further improvements of procedure law, connected with dealing with copyrights disputes, substantive copyrights legislation and case law of course. The scope of research is set of civil law, arbitration and civil procedural law, governing determining the jurisdiction and competence of disputes connected with copyrights, sanctions for violations of copyrights and evidentiary issues. Moreover, the scope of research concludes scientific advances and enforcement practice in this sphere. Also, according to the author, the legislator pays insufficient attention to material impact on a person who illegally uses copyright objects. Compensation for non-pecuniary damage, property compensation, which appears in the vast majority of cases, do not work in full force, since the requirements are met only in a limited way.
