Forms of Lawyer Formations in the Russian Federation

This study is devoted to the development of forms of lawyer formations in the Russian Federation. In October 2017, the Concept of Regulation of the Professional Legal Aid Market was adopted, within the framework of which the reform of the legal services market in the Russian Federation is planned, which may affect the current organization and work of the forms of lawyer formations. This work consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, the author examined the history of the forms of lawyer formations. In the second chapter, the status of the forms of lawyer formations in the legal system of the Russian Federation and the main problems of development were considered. In the third chapter, the author conducted a comparative analysis of Russian and foreign legislation on this issue.
