Secondary Rights in Russian Civil Law

The present research is devoted to analysis of legal nature of secondary rights and their application in the Russian Federation. The work contains examination of doctrinal concepts on secondary rights, analysis of judicial practice on this matter, identification of the correlation between secondary right and subjective civil right. The term and the concept of secondary rights are not fixed in legislation, nevertheless, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation used this legal frame in its decisions. The main features, types and application circumstances are examined in present research and several conclusions on secondary rights practical meaning are offered.
