The Legal Regulation Sources of Sportsmen and Coaches’ Labour

The thesis is written upon 72 pages. At least 34 sources were used for making it. The study consists of a preface, 3 chapters, which contain 6 paragraphs, a conclusion and a list of cited references. The purposes of the study are multi-method examination of sources of sportsmen and couches’ labour legal regulation, problems concerning these sources and probable ways of their resolution. To achieve those purposes there were set the following tasks in the study: 1) to analyse current scientific conceptions of the sources of law; 2) to examine provisions and rules that regulate the labour of sportsmen and coaches, to give them a characterisation and a classification; 3) to determine problems of the legal regulation sources of sportsmen and coaches’ labour, then propose the possible ways of their resolution. The first chapter is dedicated to the study of the definitions of a “source of law” and a “source of the labour law”. It also concerns the determination of that sources which regulate the sportsmen and coaches’ labour in practice. In the second chapter the author analysed regulation rules of the international and Russian sport federations. Their nature, characterization, significance and uniqueness in terms of regulation the sportsmen and coaches’ labour were also examined in this chapter. In addition to it the author shows the problems with usage of these rules. The last chapter contains the suggested ways of resolving the problems, which were showed in previous chapters, including the amendments to the Russian labour and sport law, the possible adoption of intergovernmental act, concerning the regulation of sportsman and coach labour.
