Kostylev A.Y., M.Y., MTP161. Annotation to the master’s work “Judicial reform of P.A. Stolypin”. In the master's work, a study of the issues of judicial reform PA. Stolypin, its main directions and proposed solutions to judicial and legal problems. An important aspect of the work is the theoretical "adaptation of the results" of the Stolypin judicial reform for the present historical period of 1904-1917. The study shows that the reform of P. A Stolypin in the field of legal proceedings became a logical continuation of the "great reforms" of Alexander II, suspended under Alexander III and the further development of the results of which was assumed during the First Russian Revolution of 1905-1907. As an experienced politician, Stolypin developed and published in August 1906 the famous "package of reforms", which included the reform of the volost court, which was so necessary in the conditions of the forthcoming agrarian reform. However, the initiated transformations of the volost court entailed the need to reform other areas of legal proceedings, which significantly expanded the scope of ongoing reforms in this direction. Stolypin's judicial reform was in practice divided into three main areas: the introduction of the adversarial principle in the ritual to trial, the change in the procedure for the production of criminal acts in the service and the bill on the transformation of the local court. The author of this work, having conducted a theoretical study with the involvement of archival sources, showed that the results of even not fully implemented judicial reform PA. Stolypin have practical relevance and relevance for the present. The study involved documents of the era, as well as a number of literary sources: monographs, articles, theses, directly or indirectly devoted to the topic of the judicial reform of Stolypin. Used sources of personal nature - memoirs, notes of contemporaries Stolypin, as well as the prime minister himself.
