Legal Regulation of Cultural Property’s Movement Across the Customs Border of the EAEU

The present research belongs to the domain of the regulation of movement of cultural property across the customs border of the EAEU. The general purpose of this project is to describe the evolving issues connected with protection of cultural property. The results anticipated serve as a basis for the further research of the topic and are helpful for the purpose of improving the legal procedures of moving cultural properties not only across the border of EAEU but across every other border in the world. Studies of the legal regulation of moving cultural property across the customs border of EAEU are intended to shed more light on the importance of protection of cultural heritage of Russia and other members of EAEU. In the future, it seems worthwhile to put theory into practice in order to prevent unlawful practices of destroying and stealing cultural property that used to happen in the past.
