Legal Regulation of Labor of Football Players and Football Coaches

The main theme of the work are the features of the legal regulation of the work of football players and football coaches. The author analyzes the theoretical and practical problems of individual institutions of labor relations between football players / football coaches and football clubs. Attention is paid to the elements of the legal status of the workers. Within the frames of the work it is proved that the sporting activity of professional football players and football coaches has a special character, which makes it necessary to differentiate the legal regulation of their labor, as compared to workers of other spheres of activity. The author considers in detail the specifics of concluding and terminating employment contracts with a football player and coach, and also discussed current issues concerning the activities of football coaches and players.
