Year of Graduation: 2018

The theme of the diploma is the study of the laws of the influence of the development of information technology on labor relations. The research establishes historical-philosophical and socio-economic relationships, to a certain extent, shaping the development of labor law in general. So the thesis begins with a study of the distinctions of labor legal relations from legal relations of a different type. A historical-philosophical analysis is conducted, supported by socio-economic research. Based on the above data, an approach is developed that distinguishes between two models of labor relations: the traditional model and the information model. These models have their own distinctive criteria, based on which in the process of research we can qualify this or that form of employment as information form or as a traditional one. The second part of the diploma is devoted to the study of intermediate models of labor relations. In other words, the author establishes the thesis about the gradual transition of the practice of labor relations from the traditional form of interaction to information form. At the same time, such intermediate models are distinguished with the predominance of features of either the traditional model or the predominance of the features of the information model. After analyzing a certain number of innovative forms of employment, the author singles out a single general criterion that significantly modifies the model of legal relations from one form to another - this is the criterion of distance production. The final part of the diploma contains a study of the positive and negative features of remote production from a few positions. Further, the study proceeds to study the factors that change the rate of propagation of this criterion. Based on the results, the subject of the study is the study of the legal design of distance relations, the identification of their problems, and proposals for improving this model.
