Conflict of Interest As a Category of Constitutional Law: a Comparative Review

The research is admitted to certain aspects of the "conflict of interests". Conflict of interest is one of the most complex and ambiguous concepts that is used in international, foreign and Russian legislation on the state (municipal) service, anti-corruption legislation and in legal acts relating to various spheres of public and corporate management. The aim of the research is to analyse the theory and practice of resolving conflicts of interests in law, in particular, through the correlation of private and public regulation in this sphere. The work consists of an introduction, a main part, a conclusion and a bibliography. The main part consists of two chapters. The first chapter is admitted to the history of the development of the concept of conflict of interest, the concept and nature of this category. The second chapter analyses the legal regulation of conflict of interest mechanisms, including the experience of foreign countries on this issue, as well as the trends and possible development of the concept in Russia.
