Administrative Violations in Organization and Holding of Sports Events

The sports sphere rapidly develops and requires due attention from the legislator regarding the legislative regulation. As a result of the research a complex analysis of the institution of administrative responsibility was conducted, and theoretical and practical issues related to the implementation of administrative responsibility measures during the organization and holding of sports competitions were studied. As the object of research, public relations are considered that appear as a result of administrative violations in the organization and holding of sports events. The subject of the study is the doctrine of administrative responsibility, as well as administrative legislation in the field of organization and holding of sports events. The following research tasks are distinguished to achieve the object: to reveal the essence and content of administrative responsibility for offenses in the organization and holding of sports events; to consider the types of offenses in the sphere of organization and holding of sports events; to study administrative sanctions in the sports sphere by the example of an administrative ban on attending official sports competitions; to analyze the implementation of administrative measures for committing offenses in the sports sphere. Various methods of research are used in research such as theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific literature data, system analysis, classification, means of legal monitoring of existing normative legal acts. The method of content analysis of documents, publications of scientists was also used. The formal-logical method was used in the process of analyzing laws and bylaws. The research consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion and a list of sources used.
