Administrative and Legal Functions of the Commercial Banks in the Russian Federation

Nowadays, in Russia commercial banks execute many administrative and legal functions such as budget, currency, tax, and ones in the field of combating laundering illegal income which are entrusted to them by the legislator. This research is devoted to the outlining and analysis of them and modern problems of their execution. According to the complex analysis, it was concluded these are burdensome for the business subjects. In addition, it was stated that further execution of such functions will contribute to the implementation of the interests of the state, but their realization can be contrary to current legislation.
