Peculiarities of Legal Regulation of Women's Labour

Graduation qualification work is devoted to the peculiarities of the legal regulation of women's labor in the Russian Federation. The study of the specifics of the legal regulation of women's labor has both theoretical and practical significance, since the current study will answer the question of whether the legal regulation of women's work is sufficient and effective. The purpose of the thesis is to define and solve at the theoretical level the problems of the legislative regulation of women's labor rights, as well as to develop practical recommendations for changing and supplementing the normative legal acts that regulate these legal relationships. The structure of the thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters combining five paragraphs, conclusions and a bibliographic list. The first chapter examines the theoretical and legal basis for differentiation in the labor law, and the second chapter examines the specific features of the legal regulation of women's labor.
