Legal Regime of Oil and Gas Revenues

This final qualifying work describes the legal regime of oil and gas revenues and their components, as well as funds accumulating additional revenues in the Russian Federation and the largest countries involved in oil and gas production. In addition, an analysis was made of the extent to which various models of managing oil and gas revenues abroad are suitable for managing revenues from oil and gas in the Russian Federation.
