Investment Legal Relations in Capital Construction

The research paper is about correlation of investment legal relations and relations of capital construction, grounds of origin, framework, structure, existing mechanisms of legal regulation and gaps in such regulations, due to the fact that the concept of "investment" does not have its own strict or generally recognized legal content, and therefore, in case of use in the names of contracts, it can denote a variety of legal relations that develop between participants of civil transactions. The purpose of this research is to determine the boundaries of investment legal relations and capital construction relations and to establish the limits of private-law and public powers of public-legal entities. At the same time, this paper will deal with internal investment relations in the Russian Federation, not burdened by a foreign element.
