Amendment and Termination of the Contract due to a Substantial Change of Circumstances: Some Problems of Theory and Practice

The graduation qualification work is performed by a student of MGP161 group Solomonova Yulia Andreevna. The object of the research is the institution of a significant change of circumstances and legal relationships that develop when the contract is changed and terminated due to a substantial change of circumstances. In the introduction, the relevance of the topic is substantiated, the goal and tasks of the work are set, the object and the subject of the research are determined. The first chapter reveals the concept and comparative legal analysis of the institution of a substantial change of circumstances in domestic and foreign law, as well as the grounds, conditions and consequences of the change and termination of the contract due to a substantial change of circumstances. In the second chapter, the correlation of the institution of a substantial change of circumstances and other institutions of law is made. In the third chapter, some problems of the institution of a substantial change of circumstances, including those related to the effect of the currency clause in the contract, are analyzed. The conclusion reflects the main conclusions and recommendations on improving the current legislation. The graduation qualification work is executed on 92 pages and consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion and a list of sources and literature used.
