This Master's dissertation contains, an analysis of the issue of legal regulation of individual labor disputes and ways to protect the rights of parties in labor relations were considered.

The purpose of this dissertational research is, through a general analysis of the provisions and norms, to identify the characteristics and main problems that are most often encountered in the study of individual labor disputes.

To achieve this goal, specific tasks have been identified, namely, to disclose the notion of individual labor disputes, to analyze the characteristics, causes and conditions for the emergence of individual labor disputes, as well as to learn about the peculiarities of considering individual labor disputes in the Commission on Labor Disputes and in court.

The tasks have been fully achieved. It is proposed to make a number of changes in the legislation, due to which the effectiveness of settlement of individual labor disputes will be improved.
