The Influence of International Law Norms on Formation and Development Prohibition of Discrimination in Labour Sphere in Russian Federation

The research purpose of the final qualifying work is to analyze the legal regulation of the prohibition of discrimination in the labor sphere, analyze influence of international legal acts on the establishment and development the institution of the prohibition of discrimination in the Russian Federation, to review implementation of international legal acts regulating relations in the labor sphere and prohibition of discrimination as well as the development and improvement of existing legislation based on vertical comparisons (comparing the contents of international legal acts with the national system of labor law) what has great importance for improving current legislation, removing gaps in law, and legal conflicts The work also reviews the problems connected to using international law in practice, determines provisos which take place in Russian Federation and describes the history of acceptance international standards in labor sphere, which prohibit discrimination.
