In the modern world, physical culture and sports have long gone beyond sports relations, where the main actors are mainly athletes, their teams, clubs, federations. Today we see that huge cash injections in sports clubs, participation of business structures in the organization of sports competitions and other events on physical culture and sports, fabulous contracts of players, sale of television rights, sponsorship agreements, checks of athletes for doping, settlement of disputes in the field of sport in special jurisdictional bodies of federations and in sports arbitration court became an integral part of the world sports community.
