Inheritance of Exclusive Rights to Works of Science, Literature and Art

In this paper studies the question of inheritance of exclusive rights to works of science, literature and art. The main goal pursued by the author is the formation of a holistic scientific understanding of the legal regulation of inheritance of the exclusive right to works of science, literature and art. The author by analyzing the provisions of part three and part four of the Civil code of the Russian Federation formulates the features of the procedure of inheritance of exclusive rights, determines the legal status of the heir of exclusive rights. The work concludes on the need to improve legislation in the field of inheritance law and intellectual property law. Keywords: inheritance; exclusive right; work of science, literature and art.
