Specific Features of Criminal Proceedings in Relation of Minors

This final work is devoted to the study of criminal proceedings against minors. The purpose of the final qualification work is a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of criminal proceedings against minors; identifying the problems of the functioning of the proceedings and the possibility of studying and ways to resolve them by improving the legislation and establishing positive practices of its application. The achievement of the goals contributed to the solution of the following research tasks: 1) Research of features of pre-judicial proceedings concerning minors, features of the subject of proof, and also implementation of separate investigative and procedural actions, studying of features of application of measures of procedural coercion at the stage of preliminary investigation. 2) Study of the characteristics of judicial proceedings against minors, the characteristics of the judicial proceedings, the status of legal representative of a minor defendant, as well as features of election of a measure of punishment in criminal cases against minors. 3) identification of problems of criminal proceedings against minors by analysis of normative legal acts, law enforcement practice and scientific works. The methodology of the final qualifying work. Logical-theoretical, comparative-legal, specific-sociological and statistical methods of scientific research were used in the process of research. The structure of the final qualifying work is due to the purpose and objectives of the study and consists of an introduction, two chapters, six paragraphs, conclusion and bibliographic references. This work consists of an introduction, two chapters, six points and a list of references.
