1. The title of graduation thesis: “Designing of Retail Company’s Warehousing System”. 2. Student: Trofimova Ekaterina Andreevna, MLG 161, Faculty of Business and Management, School Of Logistics 3. Research advisor Levina Tamara Vladimirovna, Candidate of economic sciences, senior lector. Key words: Designing of warehousing system, choice of warehousing policy, reengineering of business processes, strategic profit model. The purpose of graduation thesis is to design warehousing system and develop practical methods and to provide economic justification of choice of warehousing policy. In the course of the Company logistics activities analysis the following problems were revealed: a big amount of lost sales due to out-of-stock cases, exceeding of stores’ stock capacity, low level of integration between purchasing and business-analysis department. The subject of research is the retail company in electronics and home appliance segment. In this graduation thesis recommendations for designing of warehousing system and choice of warehousing policy. The economic feasibility of the practical application of the proposed recommendations was proved. Return on equity of the company increased by 4.94%. 4. Thesis volume: 101 pages, 32 figures, 35 tables, a list of references – 25 items.
