Most of alcohol brewery companies consider acquisitions as the fastest and effective way to capture advantages and as a result to get bigger market share with the strength which should help them to survive in such a competitive system. In this paper we distinguished two types of factors which can influence the choice of the target company both in general and in alcohol industry: Broad and Narrow. Broad factors are the same for any industry while narrow are specific for each particular industry. Only the correct evaluation of the target company taking into account all types of factors would lead the acquisition deal to synergetic effect which is desirable for all acquirers.
