Adaptive Supply System Development in the Context of Russian Railways

The thesis is devoted to the purchasing system of the Roszheldorsnab, a branch of the of Russian Railways, the main activity of which is the material and technical procurement support and the organization of supplies of material and resource components for the the needs of the JSC by Russian Railways. The relevance of the chosen topic is connected with the irregular orders presented by the consumers. The search for Russian Railways is influenced by the late shipments by the suppliers during the year, as well as by possible losses in connection with the items with late deliveries to the warehouses of the company providing in the regions of Russia, of course, which results in the activity of important functional units of the parent company's system, such as: the department of pull rods, the infrastructure department, the department of the motorcarriage rolling stock management, the department of the road repair site, and so on.
