This work is devoted to the consideration of how multimedia longreads created for literary museums help to expand the audience in the conditions of social networks and Internet services dominance, as well as how to use new approaches to the presentation of their exhibits and key plots related to the site. It's no secret that the development of technology in recent decades has changed most of the spheres of life of modern man, and these changes have also affected the cultural environment. If earlier museums could distribute their main product - the history of the place, historical personalities associated with the museum, exhibits that are personal things of these heroes - with oral excursions and reports on television, now this is not enough, especially for working with a young audience. This study is a creative practical project for the development of multimedia londrida "Secrets of the House of the Turgenevs". The project is completely ready, its development was completed in April 2018, it was tested in focus groups, it was approved by a group of experts, as well as employees of the Turgenev's museum.
