The Influence of Personal Qualities of Top Management, CEOs and Bod on Stock Return

This paper analyzes the relationship between the personal characteristics of the company management and the profitability of the company's shares. The aim of the work is to find out how certain personal characteristics of the Manager affect the profitability of the company's shares. The sample will include Russian and foreign companies operating in the MOEX. The return of the company's shares, adjusted for the return of the market, is a dependent variable. The personal characteristics of the CEO, selected in the study of literature, are explanatory variables. In the process of this study, by constructing a regression model, it was found out which of the personal characteristics of the Russian CEO are significant and to what extent affect the profitability of the shares of companies.
