Scope of study is the improvement of the forecasting process at L'Oreal. The objectives of this study are to analyze the financial and economic factors of the company, analyze and identify the main problems of the company's logistics factors, analyze possible methods for improving the demand management process, develop proposals for improving the demand management process, evaluate the economic effectiveness of the proposed solutions
