Legal Issues of Liability of the One-Person Executive Body of the Commercial Company

The thesis covers relevant issues of liability of the one-person executive body of the commercial company (company director). The author analyses development of legal views concerning the legal nature of company director, different approaches to regulation of directors' duties and liability as well as difficulties encountered in dogmatic opinions and modern court practice in Russia.
