Russian-American affairs are one of the key on the global agenda. Not only historical aspects but real political and economic aspects of bilateral relations create the necessity to study and analyse the political and economic dialogue between two countries. Overcoming the political and economic challenges between two countries has a significant potential impact on the global scale, therefore, the study is indeed topical.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
