Option Terms Constructions in Russian and International Legislations

The paper is devoted to the new constrictions of option contract constructions, that implemented in Russian legislation in Article 429.2 and Article 429.3 of Civil Code in Russian Federation as a main instrument of consider first and foremost the will of the parties under Russian legislation. Particular attention is paid to the no completely investigated problems of legal nature, problems of enforcement legal regulation of the aforementioned institutions, models of structuring, gaps in legislation, hindering the implementation of option.
