Theme of the master's thesis: Analysis of Scenarios and Strategies of Production Improvement and Supply Activity of the Company on the Example of LLC Kronospan

The relevance of the topic chosen by me is due to the fact that for the company, which is engaged in the production of particle board, it is especially important to receive raw materials in a timely manner , while having minimal costs for its delivery and storage, since all this leads to an increase in the cost of the final product.

The purpose of the dissertation research is to find ways to reduce costs for the supply of production and increase the availability of plant raw materials:

The main objectives of the thesis are::

* Analysis of costs for the delivery of raw materials to the plant.

* Analysis and selection of the best logistics service provider.

* Analysis of the time of replenishment.

* Analysis of the turnover of rolling stock required for the supply of production.

* Search for ways to increase the turnover of rolling stock.

In the course of my work I am going to rely on the following methods: theoretical analysis, study of materials of scientific and periodicals on a specific problem, documentary analysis, expert survey and observation.

The importance of the study is due to the fact that in a market economy only highly organized enterprises with quality management can achieve effective work. The developed proposals should be aimed at improving the supply process, improving the efficiency of the use of own and leased capacity.
