Defence of Investor's Rights in Termination of Investment Relations Based on Public Entity Acts

This graduate work is devoted to the problems that an investor encounters when a public entity harms him. The importance of this study is evident due to the special role of investment activity in the economy of the Russian Federation. However, it is impossible to attract investments without ensuring the proper level of legal protection of investors. The first of this work deals with general issues of investment activity, the second and third chapters are devoted to the legal and illegal actions of a public entity.
