Limits of Realizasion of Personal Autonomy

In this paper, we consider mechanisms for limiting the autonomy of the individual, existing both in national legal systems and in international law. The analyzed information makes it possible to identify criteria for assessing the admissibility of such restrictions, and also to suggest a possible scenario of the development of legal regulation of this sphere.
