Graduation qualification work contains a comparative analysis of legal resources applicable in the struggle against evidence falsification in Russia and France. The paper describes a system of legal resources applicable in the struggle against evidence falsification, includes a comparison between the statement about falsification and the statement of unauthenticity, explores a question of possible objects of falsification, analyzes problems associated with the procedures of filing and consideration of evidence falsification statement.
