Concession Agreements in The Russian Federal Law

This research is devoted to the analysis of the legal regulation of concession agreements in the Russian Federal Law. The research contains a study of the theoretical aspects of the Institute of concession agreements, such as the study of the history of the development and formation of concession agreements, the study of the concept, characteristics and legal nature of the institution. The work contains a complex law enforcement and legislative analysis of the regulation of the legal qualification of concession agreements and related contractual structures, as well as the issue of the obligation to provide land plots in the framework of concession projects. Furthermore, the problem of the use of the Institute of special circumstances and his legal nature within the concession mechanism is also covered. Thus, the research comprises studying of a complex of the issues concerning the doctrinal analysis of Institute of concession agreements, legislative and law-enforcement regulation of the concession relations as well as some practical aspects of a perspective of concession agreements.
