Global Regulation in Information Security in Terms of Digitalization of the Economy

Relevance of the topic. Uncontrolled dissemination and information and unrestricted access to information systems in the modern world can lead to negative consequences in many spheres of life of the state and the world as a whole. Therefore, the development of international regulations in the field of information security at the moment is an urgent topic for all countries of the world community. The aim of the work is to study global regulation in the field of information security in the digitalization of the economy. Hypothesis: the interaction of countries in the field of global information security will help to build a strategy to combat cybercrime and the financing of terrorism more effectively. In the first chapter, the theoretical aspects of information security were examined, the objects of information security were studied, the bases of state and financial regulation were analyzed. The second chapter gives a description of the digitalization of the economy, assesses its capabilities and risks, examines the main directions of the digital economy, explores the possibilities of introducing digital money into the world economy. In the third chapter, the prospects for the development of global regulation in the field of information security are examined,recommendations for the development of a global regulation of information security are given. Based on the results of scientific research, all tasks were solved and the main goal of the work was achieved. The hypothesis advanced in the course of the research that the interaction of countries in the field of global information security will help to more effectively build a strategy to combat cybercrime and the financing of terrorism can be considered confirmed.
