Particular Properties of a Tax Resident’s Legal Status

The theme of the final qualifying work: «Particular properties of the legal status of a tax resident». This theme should be at the center of the attention of the citizens, because they do not fully realize their tax status while the comments of civil code have not been perfectly developed and the situation concerning of a tax status is not clear yet. In the framework of the research, the essence of this status, rights and obligations are analyzed revealing the problematic issues.
