The object of the research is to study the possibility of using psychoanalytic methods of diagnosis in an interview in the search and evaluation of candidates (example in IT) and the use of psychoanalytic diagnostic methods in conducting a recruiting interview, as well as evaluation of the results. According to the results of the study, the profile of the candidate for the position of project Manager in accordance with the typology N.McWilliams and an analysis of the personal type of the applicant for compliance with this profile.
