Development of an Outsourcing Strategy for Logistics Services in Providing After-sales Services (Case of Automotive Industry)

The topic of master's dissertation: " Development of an outsourcing strategy for logistics services in providing after-sales services (on the automotive industry example). Student: Julia Nikitina, MLG-162, HSE, Faculty of business and management, school of logistics. Scientific supervisor: Levina Tamara Vladimirovna, candidate of economic Sciences, associate Professor. The purpose of master’s dissertation: to improve the strategy of outsourcing in the framework of after-sales service of automotive logistics companies by developing an effective and sustainable outsourcing strategy on the example of the company "Mercedes-Benz RUS". Objectives the master's dissertation: analysis of the characteristics of the market of automobile enterprises, analysis of the characteristics of supply chains in the framework of the supply of automobiles and spare parts ;Analysis of external, internal environment and logistics system of the company "Mercedes-Benz RUS"; Implementation of the algorithm, modernization of business processes and organizational structure of the company; Assessment of the economic efficiency of the proposed solutions. The object of the research is the study of the problems of organization of work with a logistics intermediary in the transportation of special equipment in the company of "Mercedes-Benz RUS". In this master's dissertation the following recommendations were developed: change of the scheme of work with the logistic intermediary, changes in the process of organization of transportation, which led to changes in the organizational structure and led to a decrease in transportation costs and to the construction of a more effective strategy for outsourcing logistics services. The volume of master's dissertation: 98 pages, 36 figures, 14 tables, a list of literary sources – 37 units.
