In XXI century the problem of climate change has become an increasingly important concern.

The US participation in the international climate change regime and withdrawal from the Paris Agreement brings about diverse debates concerning development of the American climate change policy. The USA does not adhere to the once and for all established direction in its climate policy and it depends on various political, economic and social factors. The purpose of the study is to reveal how and why the US international climate regulation policy has been changing.
