Application of the US Foreign Policy for the Competitiveness of the Economy

Topic: "Features of the use of US foreign policy instruments to ensure the competitiveness of the economy» The volume of the thesis 76 pages, which contains 4 figures and 22 tables. In this diploma was used 42 source. The object of the study was the US foreign policy and our task was to find out what factors of foreign policy affect the competitiveness. The subject of the study is the analysis of prospects of application of the concept of "soft power" in US foreign policy as a factor of competitiveness. The thesis includes an introduction, two chapters, two conclusions on the written chapters, the final conclusion. The introduction reveals the relevance of the study in the chosen direction, sets the problem, the purpose and objectives of the study, defines the object, the subject of scientific research, formulates a hypothesis, sets goals and objectives, specifies the methodological basis of the study, its theoretical and practical significance. In Chapter one the theoretical substantiation of influence of foreign policy instruments on competitiveness of the state is offered. The conclusion on it sums up the study of theoretical material. In the second Chapter is a case study. Firstly, the analysis of the competitiveness of the United States as a whole in dynamics is made, and also relationship between the factors of US foreign policy and its competitiveness is revealed. The conclusion of this Chapter describes the results of the analysis. Chapter three examines the modern concept of "soft" and "hard" power, as well as the methods used to improve foreign policy instruments to ensure the competitiveness of the US economy. The conclusion is devoted to the main conclusions about effective tools of US foreign policy in order to maintain its competitiveness.
