Business Models Technological Brokerage in the Market of Innovations of the Russian Federation

Annotation to the Graduation Qualification Work - the master's thesis on the topic: "Business Models Technological Brokerage in the Market of Innovations of the Russian Federation". The work includes 80 pages, 25 tables, 10 figures, 3 annexes, and references used - 69. Keywords: technology transfer, technological brokerage, business models, marketing research, innovations, the company of technological development. The purpose of the study is to identify and characterize business models of technological brokerage in the Russian Federation. As a result of the research, 9 business models of technological brokerage in Russia are identified, and 16 organizations which are using these business models are described. 6 business models missing in the Russian Federation are described. It is shown that the market of technological brokerage is in the inception stage. 14 in-depth interviews with participants of the market of technological brokerage in the Russian Federation were conducted and analyzed. A number of requests for technology broker services by developers and representatives of companies have been formulated. It is revealed that the key role in the rejection of the activity of technological brokers is played by distrust towards them, due to the closedness of the processes, as well as the lack of reputation in this market institution. Based on the results of desk and marketing research, the business model of the company of technological development, which is absent in Russia, was proposed and described in the work. The recommendations on overcoming customer mistrust towards technological brokers are formulated. There have been no similar studies in Russia before.
