The Indemnity in the Corporate Sphere

This study is devoted to the legal analysis of the institution of the loss compensation and the identification of wide range of problems, in particular in the corporate sphere, caused by the fact that the institution is not a full analogue of English indemnity. The resolution at the legislative level would help for the active development of business relations and the formation of practice
