Public-private Partnership: Russian and Foreign Experience

In order to identify the optimal forms of cooperation between public authorities and the private sector when infrastructure projects are implemented, it is important to analyze global and domestic experience in the sphere of public-private partnership. The paper presents the main legal problems of development of public private partnership in the Russian Federation. Revealed the benefits of using this mechanism, both for the state and for the business. Since this mechanism can reduce the costs of creating and maintaining social or other socially significant infrastructure and increase the probability of making a profit from the expected project.
